Unfinished Breakfast

“This is an emergency”

“Fasten your seat belts. We are going to land on water”

The announcement was clear enough for us to understand that plane is going to crash.

There were tears everywhere. Some are praying for forgiveness, some are remembering their loved ones and others are scared of the crash.

I am also scared, but it does not matter whether I show this up or not.

I had to board this flight, it was really necessary for me to reach to my destination.

“First complete your breakfast” – My mom’s voice echoed

“I am already late mom, will get something in plane”- I said to her. I woke up late today and I had a flight to catch. If I had stopped for breakfast, I would had missed it.

So, hurriedly I ate some portion of it, and left it unfinished.

That unfinished breakfast was all in my mind. If I had finished it, I would not have been in this situation.

Similarly, there are many things that are not complete. I haven’t told him that I love him, my anatomy results had been out and I don’t know whether I had cleared it or not, I have to return some bucks to my friends, I want to wear a white bride dress, I want to have kids, I want to …………….

Destiny even did not give me the chance to complete the list.
